Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective & incorrect items received.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within  7 days of delivery.
• Customized or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at  beautycollectionbysilky@gmail.com with your order details and reason.
• An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory to verify the issue and to process return and refund claims.
• Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds for items damaged due to misuse
• Beauty Collection By Silky reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy criteria.
